This architectural 2-winged home and minor dwelling sits high above the gated community in the Sanctuary estate taking in the easterly aspect and stunning sunrises.  Clad entirely in black nu-wall aluminium it is designed to withstand the high winds on the ridge and salt spray from the Mangawhai Coastline. 

This was a different and challenging project for Elite Building as we were bought in by the owner to re-clad the exterior of the building due to issues with the previous company contracted to build the home.  We spent 3 months stripping the home down to its timber framing, re-wrapping and cladding to bring the home up to meet building code standards and create the exterior shell on this beautiful home.  The Elite Building team also helped create the decking and boardwalks which surround the property.

This elegant and effortless home stands in its rightful place on the ridgeline with the bold black solid nu-wall cladding contrasting against the timber soffits and concrete forme features.
