“Josh was the carpentry contractor for Stylish Homes for the construction of our home in Mangawhai Heads. Our dealings with Josh throughout the build were very good and had a huge bearing for what was a pleasant experience. Our project was not a straight forward timber framed house. We chose a clay block (Porotherm) which was not widely known. As such the building team were presented with many challenges. Josh worked his way through those moments with care and professionalism, answering our many questions with patience. What impressed us was the enthusiasm of Josh’s team. They too were good people, seemed happy in their work, and all showed diligence and professionalism. While such attitudes are from within the individual themselves, it is a good leader who brings those qualities out. After we moved into our new home there was a lot still to do. Occasionally we called on Josh for assistance and he was most obliging. At no time did we feel we had been cast adrift once the bills were paid.
