Dream it.
Every new home starts with a vision, an idea or a dream – let us take that dream to the next stage. We will meet you onsite to assess climate, location, requirements, civil capabilities and discuss your vision for your new home.
Plan it.
Nothing happens without a plan and action list to achieve the desired end result.
If you have completed architectural plans for your home, we are happy to work with you to build your home that will be unique and yours.
If you do not have plans then our planning process is as follows:
We will meet with you preferably on your site, with our Architect, to fully discuss your ideas, your vision and your home requirements.
We will then respond with a schedule of Architects fees for the various stages for the development of plans for your home. This will include - preliminary concept plans; concept plan amends; final concept plans; resource consent plans; complete construction plans for building consent; Architect’s fees for site visits during construction.
Once plans are completed with sign off from you the project will be quantity surveyed and costings calculated. A building contract is then completed and includes full detail costings, timings and payment schedule. This contract is signed by both parties and the build can begin.
Build it.
Northland’s new build specialists Elite Building will turn your dream and plan into a reality. We will work closely with our chosen sub-contractors and building team to keep you updated and part of the journey as the build progresses. You will receive regular progress photos and reports until your home is completed. All aspects of the build from start to finish will be project managed by Josh to ensure you receive an Elite Home, built by an Elite team, showcasing our Elite workmanship.
Live it.
When you are 100% satisfied, we will hand over your home complete with Code of Compliance and reassurance that your home is covered for 10 years by NZCB’s Halo residential guarantee Insurance. Your finished home is ready for you to enjoy, make memories and live in it!
